Tuesday’s at 9:30 AM during July and August on our beach! Tenacity Health and Fitness Boot Camps with Brook Toop – Nothing beats working outside in the Okanagan. Tenacity Boot Camps are a fun way to get outside and enjoy exercise that includes building strength, cardiovascular health, core strength and so much more! Tenacity Boot Camps are geared around functional movement exercises that include use of the TRX suspension trainer, battle ropes, medicine balls, and more! Each workout will be different and will have you leaving with a smile on your face! All fitness levels welcome! Drop ins are $10.00
