Planning your stay for next year?

We would love to see you back again!  Here is how it works:

The reservation for next season has to be made during your stay. The site will be released at 9:00 am the day after you check out if you have not re-booked.

  • There will be a 50% deposit when booking the site. The full balance will be due on arrival.
  • If the payment of 50% is not made by the the time general reservations open the reservation will be cancelled.
  • The reservation for the following year has to be for the same site and the same days.  See the table below regarding corresponding weeks.
  • You can only re-book for the following year if you have stayed with us for 14 cumulative days or more in a year.
  • General reservations will open up on the first Tuesday after the September long weekend at 12:01 am.   Please contact us by email, phone or fax.
  • Reservations will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis.
  • Seasonal sites and seasonal slips – Book for next year by August 15,  payment must be received by August 31.   A 50% deposit is required on sites,  100% payment on seasonal slips

Changing site or adding additional time:

  • $10 to put your name into a draw. Per site request (If there are other guests who would like the site)
  • Staff will conduct the draw on August 25th and guests will be notified that week.
  • All requests to change sites or add additional time under the dibs program must be submitted to our office by Friday August 23 at 5 pm.

Skipping a year?

  • There will be a social fee if you choose to skip a year but would like the same site the following year.
  • Social Fee will go as follows:

Up to 2 weeks        $100
2-4 weeks                $200
4 to 6 weeks            $300
More than 6 weeks $400

  • 45 days prior to arrival you may pay the social fee to hold your site.
  • 50% required to hold the following years site due by August 31st

Changing of Dates:

  • A fee of $5 per date change will be charged anytime a reservation needs to be changed. I.e Changing sites, adding or shortening your reservation.

6 days or less:

  • You will not be given a site number, but instead a site type and we will have the ability to move you without notice.
  • We do not take reservations of 5 days or less until June 15.  This applies to July 1 to August 26.
